For the Greens
Immerse the greens in a large bowl of cold water for a few minutes then spin dry in a salad spinner. Toss into a large salad bowl and add the dill leaves.
For the Dressing
Whisk the yogurt together with the dill, lemon juice, and honey. Just before serving, pour over the salad greens. Toss well.
